DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All products sold on Sisimono are digital files delivered electronically. 
No physical products are shipped.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a digital file has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned, revoked, or verified as deleted. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or returns on digital products.

TECHNICAL ISSUES & FILE SUPPORT

If you experience any issues with your files — including corrupted downloads, missing files, or problems with slicing or printing — we’re here to help.

Please contact us at info@sisimono.com, and we will:
•    Assist you in resolving the issue
•    Provide replacement files if necessary

This support is provided in place of refunds.

BEFORE YOU PURCHASE

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:
•    You are purchasing digital STL files
•    No physical lamp or printed parts are included
•    The files are for personal use only, unless otherwise stated

We strongly encourage reviewing the product description carefully before purchasing.

EUROPEAN UNION – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered electronically once the download has started, provided the customer has given explicit consent.

By purchasing and downloading our digital files, you agree to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal.
