OVERVIEW
Welcome to Sisimono. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sisimono Enterprises, operating under the name Sisimono.
Sisimono operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, digital products, features, and services (the “Services”). The Services are powered by Shopify.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, govern your access to and use of the Services. By accessing or using the Services, including purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as our Refund Policy, our License Terms and our Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout and account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS (DIGITAL ONLY)
All products sold by Sisimono are digital design files (including STL files) delivered electronically.
• No physical products are shipped
• No printed objects, lighting components, or electrical parts are included
• Product previews are illustrative only
We do not guarantee that files will meet your specific expectations, printer setup, or material choice.
Product descriptions may be updated or modified at any time without notice.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS & DELIVERY
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase a digital product.
Orders are accepted once payment is successfully processed and digital delivery is initiated.
Due to the nature of digital content:
• Orders cannot be cancelled – we do not offer refunds or returns
• Files are delivered electronically
• Delivery is deemed complete once access or download is provided
Your purchase is subject to our Refund Policy.
Please ensure that you download the file within six months; after that, it will no longer be available.
SECTION 4 – PRICING & PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in the applicable currency and exclude VAT or other taxes unless stated otherwise.
You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all billing information is accurate.
SECTION 5 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSE
All designs, files, and content sold or displayed on the Services are the exclusive intellectual property of Sisimono Enterprises.
Personal Use License (Binding)
By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital file, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable Personal Use License, subject to the full License Terms , which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You may:
• 3D print the design for personal, non-commercial use only
• Print multiple copies for yourself only
• Adjust scale or print settings for personal use
You may not:
• Sell, resell, distribute, or share the files or printed objects
• Print for others, clients, or third parties
• Use the design or printed objects in any commercial, public, or professional setting
• Use the design or printed objects in hospitality, retail, offices, short-stay rentals, or interior projects
• Use the design or printed objects in monetized content, brand collaborations, social media-content or portfolios without explicitly mentioning Sisimono as the creator, designer and owner of the digital file to print the product
• Upload or share files on any platform, privately or publicly
If money, goods, services, or any form of compensation is involved, this license is invalid.
Commercial use requires a separate written Commercial License.
Full License Terms are also available on the website and apply automatically upon purchase.
SECTION 6 – SAFETY DISCLAIMER
All products are digital design files only.
Sisimono is not responsible for:
• Electrical components
• Lighting selection
• Wiring, installation, or compliance
Use of any printed object is entirely at your own risk. Only low-voltage, low-heat LED lighting suitable for indoor use may be used.
Sisimono shall not be liable for damage, injury, fire, or loss resulting from misuse, improper installation, or third-party components.
SECTION 7 – PROHIBITED USE
You may not use the Services or products to:
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Circumvent license restrictions
• Misrepresent ownership of the designs
• Engage in unlawful or deceptive conduct
Violation may result in termination of access, license revocation, takedown requests, or legal action.
SECTION 8 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
All Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free files, or compatibility with all hardware or software setups. Please contact us if you experience any issues.
SECTION 9 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sisimono shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, profit, or business, arising from use of the Services or products.
SECTION 10 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sisimono Enterprises from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of files, or violation of applicable laws.
SECTION 11 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any related agreements shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute must be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands.
SECTION 12 – CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
